ROC™ Molasses – A Sweet and Flavorful Addition

Our Regenerative Organic Certified® Molasses is derived from regeneratively farmed sugarcane and is typically more viscous than other liquid sweeteners. It can provide sweetness for a variety of baked goods, confections, sauces, and more. Molasses also gives color to food products and can act as a bulking agent.

Florida Crystals® Rice and its Benefits

Rice is a staple food globally, providing over 20% of the world's calories.¹It contains essential nutrients like carbohydrates, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

Rice is also crucial to achieving our regenerative agriculture practices, particularly in crop rotation. Rotating sugarcane farms with rice protects the soil and controls weeds and pests by flooding the farms.

We offer white and brown rice in various sizes, processed at our rice mill in Belle Glade, Florida. Additionally, we produce organic and conventional rice flour that is suitable for gluten-free diets.
