C&H® Special Sanding Sugar is a sugar with a medium granulation size. It is ideally suited for use as a topping on a variety of baked goods to add both sparkle and a crunchy texture.  Due to this sugar's larger granulation size, it does not easily melt when baked or added on top of icing.  It can also be used to rim glasses to create elegant and festive cocktails or mocktails.
