Hibiscus Strawberry Iced Tea

Yields: 3 gallons
- 1 bag Domino® Batch Ready Bag® Granulated Sugar
- 1 ½ gallons boiling water
- 2 (1 ounce) bags hibiscus tea
- 3 gallons cold water
- 3 cups strawberry puree
- sliced strawberries, as garnish
Instructions
Step 1: In a large pot, bring 1 ½ gallon of water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add tea bags and steep for 10-15 minutes. Remove tea bags.
Step 2: Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour hot tea mixture into a large 3-gallon container. Add cold water and the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well combined.
Step 3: Pour over ice and serve immediately, or chill uncovered in the refrigerator until the liquid is below 41°F. Stir before serving. Add garnishes if desired.
