Apple Almond Tea Concentrate (Yields 2 Gallons)

  • 280 grams roasted almond tea
  • 4 liters hot water
  • 4 liters apple cider
  • 3 lb. Domino® Batch Ready Bag® Granulated Sugar

Apple Almond Tea Mocktail

  • 0.5 ounces (2 pumps) Caramel Beverage Syrup
  • 9 ounces apple almond tea concentrate
  • 2 ounces whole milk or oat milk

Instructions

Apple Almond Tea Concentrate

Step 1: Steep roasted almond tea in hot water for 20 minutes. Strain.

Step 2: Add apple cider and sugar.  Stir until dissolved.

Apple Almond Tea Mocktail

Step 1: Add caramel syrup to cup.

Step 2: Steam 9 oz of apple almond tea concentrate to 150°F. Pour in cup.

Step 3: Steam milk to 150°F and pour in cup.

Step 4: Top with sprinkle of cinnamon.
