Ingredients

Servings: 6 drinks

  • 1 bag Dominade® Iced Tea Drink Mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons Domino® Powdered Sugar
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2 tablespoons Florida Crystals® Turbinado Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt flakes

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Dominade® Iced Tea Drink Mix according to bag instructions.

Step 2: Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed. Add half and half and cream to the mixture. Whip all ingredient until the mixture forms medium peaks. 

Step 3: Fill six 12-ounce cups with ice. Add iced tea leaving about 1-inch space at the top. Top ice cream cheese foam. Sprinkle Turbinado sugar and sea salt on top. Serve immediately.

Additional Tips:

Use other flavors of Dominade® to prepare the drink. We recommend Dominade® Orange Drink Mix and Dominade® Grape Drink Mix.

You may have leftover Dominade® drink, just place in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
